• You must have rights to any content you upload or generate for.

Payments & subscriptions

• All plans are paid. Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• Credits are allocated monthly according to your plan.
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Limitations

• ZUM AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
